The Quality Management Bureau (QMB) of the Division of Health Improvement (DHI) works in close coordination with other divisions of the Department of Health, the Human Services Department/Medical Assistance Division (MAD) and with other state agencies to assure accountability and compliance with program, contractual and quality standards.
